Please note that the free home marketing consultation requires two visits in your home. During the first meeting we will become acquainted and discuss my general approach to marketing homes. I will tour your home and answer any questions. I will not have an opinion of value at this initial meeting. To provide an opinion of value during this first meeting would require I use averages without regard to everything that makes your home unique.

Our second meeting will take place within a few days at a time mutually convenient. In this meeting I will make a detailed presentation of my Competitive Market Analysis. I will describe the marketing campaign that would be used if you decide to allow me to market your home and I will provide a detailed analysis of how your home compares with other homes for sale and homes recently sold. I will provide you my opinion of the marketability of your home and the expected value you would receive.
